We are committed to providing high-quality, freshly made food products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. All sales on our e-commerce website are final.

All Purchases Are Final:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before finalizing. As our products are time-sensitive and made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order is processed.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item with a new one, free of charge.
  • Incorrect Item:If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item with the correct one, free of charge.

Procedure for Return/Replace:

  • Return Shipping: You will need to ship the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt.
  • Refund/Replace: Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or replace the item within 5-7 business days.
